Registration & Camping Fees
We will open our gate at NOON on Tuesday, prior to the Rendezvous for those who want to come up early to save room for family and friends to join them later.
ALL CAMPING IS ON A "FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED" BASIS:
PRE-PAY: Those who arrive early can "pre-pay" for others in their party that they would like to have camp by them, therefore they will "pre-pay" for all sites that they are saving.
All saved sites will need to have at least one vehicle left on site. When saving more than two camp sites, 2 vehicles will need to be placed on each end of the total area being saved to protect boundaries (2 total).
Many issues have been raised with areas being charted and only tape or sticks to protect boundaries, with no one left on site to talk to. Tags will be provided by us showing number of campsites that are pre-paid, and will need to be posted in vehicle window, so that we can see it. Absolutely no saving campsites without pre-paying for each site.
If you are the lucky one who arrives early to save campsites for others, just know that you won't need to provide us with a Registration form for those you are pre-paying for. We will set up a file under your name for those you are pre-paying for and they can all bring their own Registration/Liability form with them as they arrive. It is actually easier for us at the front gate when each guest arrives with their own Registration/Liability form. To expedite your registration at the gate - please download both "Registration Form" and "Release of Liability" forms below and have them filled out ahead of time.
If you are planning on camping as primitive, you will need to make arrangements ahead of time with us, so that we know how much area will need to be saved for primitive. All primitive guests should be on site by Thursday night. Generators will not be allowed in that area. Primitive vehicles will be parked out front by the registration tent.

***This camping map is available for your reference when choosing your 1st and 2nd choice of Parking. A - F fill up early, so if you plan on coming later than Friday night, you most likely will be located in G - H. This information should be updated with us at the front gate once you are settled. We have had many occasion where someone has been trying to find another guest and that information was very helpful. It is also helpful in case of an emergency. Help us help you!

REGISTRATION for TIN-TIPI VILLAGE CAMPING CAMPING FEE’S per TENT or RIG - "Tent" camping includes 1 additional “small” tent for “minor” children 1. $70.00 PER WEEK OR WEEKEND Weekly rate includes: Tuesday from NOON (prior to Rendezvous)through to Monday (Labor Day) until 5:00 pm 2. $35.00 PER ONE NIGHT STAY - ($35.00 deposit required) ***Camping provided for “one night” guests in outer fields only ***Check out by 2:00 pm the following day to get deposit back EXTRA CARS PARKING PROVIDED OUT FRONT by REGISTRATION TENT $20.00 PER WEEK or WEEKEND $10.00 PER DAY |
